Changes plants renewable obligation communication

GSE warns: we must communicate in a timely manner any changes to systems powered by renewable sources. Otherwise GSE reserves the right to "suspend existing relationships" and to take action to invalidate the right incentives.

Apparently, many people so far have ignored this obligation.

And 'what is said in a recent note:

"Given the large number of cases in which the GSE and incidentally came belatedly aware of changes related plants fueled by renewable sources (changes in plant configuration; revocatori any acts and / or cancellation, which modify the state of authorization ' system, any updates regarding the authorization profiles, any action brought against the title authorization and any measures adopted by the competent authorities, which affect the availability and / or functionality and / or productivity of the system), it should be noted that under current legislation - and as already foreseen in the operational procedures published on the Website GSE - manufacturers are required to promptly notify any change regarding your system.

We also note that this obligation borne by all owners of power plants fueled by renewable sources including the photovoltaic cells, which have in progress with the GSE SpA business relationship of any kind, including but not limited to: green certificates, feed-in tariff, tariff, dedicated withdrawal, metering, CIP / 6 etc.
